The first event, Discontinuation of Disorders 1.0: Disorder, Innovation or Summary, aims to spread hypocritical / separative technologies and innovations that will change towards better people's lives. During the event there will be 7 fireside chats of innovative companies at local and international level and 2 presentations by internationally acclaimed speakers. All presentations and live interviews will last for 15 minutes. The interviews will be conducted by the founder of #DisruptCyprus Panis Pieri and by friends / colleagues. The audience will also have the opportunity to submit their own questions to the guests in some of the interviews.
DisruptionTalks are hosted at the Cyprus University of Technology in Limassol. The purpose of the events is to establish themselves as the place where the research community, entrepreneurs, companies, students, members of governmental organizations, NGOs and innovative minds come together and discuss subversive / disruptive innovations. At DisruptionTalks 1.0 the main speaker is Robin Wauters, a European journalist residing in Brussels and founder of Tech.eu.
