All major universities and colleges have their own student halls of residence, with spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, though priority is generally given to overseas students.
The universities also provide excellent academic and leisure facilities such as study halls, libraries, cafeterias, sports grounds, gyms and health centres. Most universities in Cyprus continue to invest significantly in their buildings and equipment so students can rest assured all their needs will be taken care of to a high standard.
