The Research Promotion Foundation informs interested parties about the possibility of submitting proposals under the next "EUROSTARS 2" Deadline for Submission of Proposals.
The closing date for submission of proposals on the EUROSTARS Program website is February 20th, at 20.00 (CET), while the Coordinator of the Cyprus Cooperation Network of each Transnational Proposal will have to submit a corresponding Proposal to the IRIS Electronic Services Portal of the Foundation, the at the latest by 7 March 2019 at 13:00 (Cyprus time). The proposal submitted to the Foundation only contains general information in relation to the Transnational Proposal.
The Cyprus Network should include a Small or Medium Enterprise (B.1, B.2).
On behalf of the Co-operation Network, the responsibility for submitting the proposal is undertaken by the Co-ordinator, which should meet the definition of research-intensive SMEs. The submission of the project proposal is made electronically to the EUREKA Secretariat, which also has the responsibility to evaluate the proposals. Participants will have to register on the EUROSTARS Program website (www.eurostars-eureka.eu) for the submission of Proposals and access to all the necessary forms. The submission language is English.
The "EUROSTARS" Program is an initiative of the EUREKA Agency, which is part of Article 185 of the EU Treaty, which provides for the joint funding of research programs from EU member states and the EU. The main objective of the Program is to encourage research-intensive R & D Performing SMEs to participate in research activities. EUROSTARS projects cover all areas of technology.
